You have 14mm dropouts but 10mm axles? That's no problem with the Master Parts "10 To 14" Axleadapter. Just remove the cone lock nuts, replace them with the Master Parts "10 To 14" Axleadapter and assemble your wheel just as it were a 14mm axle wheel .
