The Ares Bikes "Spanish BB" Bottom Bracket is a spanish BB and comes with sealed bearings and will work for 3pc cranks.
Note: Most frames use Mid BB (41.1mm) so please make sure your frame is compatible with spanish BB (37.1mm). If you have question please ask us.
